Who am I?
My name is Netta Peleg-Gerad, ND, and I am a certified naturopath, a graduate of Mediwin – Wingate College. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences and an MBA from Ben-Gurion University. I previously served as a military medic, and today I’m the proud mother of three unique children — each special in their own way.
I run a successful naturopathic clinic specializing in autism, developmental delays, and longevity. I am a certified clinical herbalist, trained in modern homeopathy and clinical aromatherapy, and I serve as a board member of the Israeli Naturopathic Association. I am also certified in Dr. Woeller’s integrative-functional approach to autism.
Additionally, I co-direct the “Functional Testing Training Center” at Levinsky-Wingate College and am an active participant in international professional conferences.
Diagnosis

First, I conduct a thorough intake to get to know you in depth and understand your challenges from every angle. Often, we discover additional areas that need attention. I also inquire about immediate family, review lab results you bring with you, and go over all conventional and natural treatments you’ve received or are currently undergoing.
In some cases—especially in more complex situations—I recommend performing additional tests, specifically functional lab tests that are sent abroad. The insights from these tests help me identify the root causes of the issues, tailor an accurate treatment plan, and minimize the need for “trial and error.”
Diagnosis is an integral and equally important part of the healing process, and I dedicate all the necessary time to it—usually a full hour-long session.
What makes my approach unique?

The treatment is personalized for each patient and conducted as a dialogue, tailored to the patient’s preferences and abilities.
Sometimes the process includes several stages—everything depends on the patient's needs and condition. I believe it’s not enough to simply tell someone what to do; you have to be there for them and with them throughout the process of change and integration. That’s why I make myself available via WhatsApp and phone for any need.
Lifestyle – the first tool
This includes:
Nutrition and hydration, physical activity, emotional well-being and stress management, and quality sleep.
I call this approach: “The Rainbow Model.”
What tools do I use?

Nutritional Supplements
To maximize the effectiveness of treatment, I use high-quality natural supplements that may include vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and occasionally unique formulas from abroad. These supplements help replenish deficiencies, strengthen the body, combat pathogens such as viruses and bacteria, balance the digestive system, and support the brain and nervous system, among other benefits.
Herbal Medicine & Medicinal Mushrooms
In some cases, I prepare a custom blend of medicinal herbs and/or mushrooms. These natural substances form the basis for many conventional pharmaceuticals, but with key advantages: they’re quickly absorbed, have fewer side effects, and typically don’t require layering medications as often seen in allopathic medicine. Medicinal mushrooms have an added value—they “teach” the body like a software update, and their effects often continue even if doses are occasionally missed.
Modern Homeopathy
Homeopathy is a gentle method that stimulates the body’s natural healing processes. The remedies are diluted to the point where only energetic traces remain. Homeopathy can support emotional and physical healing, especially in cases where other treatments fall short. It generally does not interact with medications or supplements, and modern homeopathy does not require avoiding substances like caffeine or mint.
Bach Flower Remedies
Bach flower essences also work on an energetic level, primarily supporting emotional balance. Like homeopathy, they contain no physical substance—only a gentle frequency. They are especially effective in helping restore emotional harmony and are often loved by children. I use them when emotional support is needed alongside physical treatment.
Aromatherapy
This method involves using essential oils extracted from plants. I typically apply it through inhalation (diffuser), topical application, or occasionally ingestion. Essential oils, when vaporized, reach the body and brain within seconds, offering a strong and immediate effect.
What other special tools do I use?

Over the years, I’ve discovered several home-based tools that can significantly enhance treatment outcomes. One of these is a research-backed neurofeedback device, especially effective for attention challenges and stress regulation. Another is a frequency-based home device, which I personally program according to the individual’s therapeutic needs. These tools support and accelerate progress—often reducing the need for additional external treatments—while allowing you to continue from the comfort of your home.
In addition, I use a unique tool in the clinic that helps identify potential contraindications between the patient’s medications and supplements, as well as detecting deficiencies (e.g., vitamins, minerals) that may be caused by those medications.
